Account registration is required. This is made with your own convenience in mind. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:
- Tracking your order's delivery status
- Changing or canceling the order
- Using your previous purchase history to become eligible for a Loyal Customer's discount
Once an order has been submitted through www.slungercat.fish, they will be processed very quickly to ensure your package is delivered within our specified shipping time frame. If you need to cancel or reduce the quantity of an item: Act PROMPTLY by calling SlungerCat Outdoors Customer Service. Don't worry if we have already processed your order, our hassle-free returns make returning an order easy. If you would like to add to your order, or increase a quantity please place a new order at slungercat.fish. Please note that we may not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order once the order status is listed as "In Process".
